How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for December. Popular dates fill up quickly.

 

Can we customise the marquee layout and design?

Yes. Every setup is bespoke. We work closely with you to create a layout that suits your guest numbers, entertainment plans, catering style, and branding.

 

Do you offer lighting and AV?

Yes. We provide full production including lighting, sound systems, staging, screens, and effects like uplighters or festoon lights to create atmosphere.

Heating is available and can be included in your package. We’ll assess the space and provide the right solution to keep everyone warm and comfortable.

Yes. We supply catering tents, ovens, fridges, prep areas, and anything else your caterers require. We’re used to working closely with catering teams.

We can supply generators and full power distribution, as well as site visits, CAD layouts, and everything needed for a safe and efficient setup.

 

Are there any limitations on location?

We work across a wide area and can set up at offices, car parks, private grounds, or venues. Let us know your location and we’ll advise on what's possible.

 

Do you stay on site during the event?

We provide on-site support where needed, especially for production or larger installations. For smaller setups, we ensure everything is ready and safe beforehand.

 

Can you help with entertainment or event management?

Yes. We can help source entertainment, recommend suppliers, and provide an event manager if you want a fully supported experience.
